USE OF THE FORMWORK CLEANING MACHINE:

The TRIAX shuttering planks cleaning machine allow you to automatically scrape concrete, clean and wash with disarming oil the upper-lower edges and the two sides of the wooden panels when they are removed from the concrete casts.
Therefore these products help to considerably lower the labor costs and significantly improves the use of materials.
The formwork panel inserted vertically into the planks cleaning machine, it is pulled by four dragging rollers that will also break and crumble away the layer of concrete encrusted without damaging the wood panel.
Also the cleaning of the wooden board is carried out by 24 independent scrapers oscillating on rubber joints that guarantee the complete scraping of the cement or mortar crust from the upper and lower edges and from the panel faces.
The wood panel in the back of the machine is then washed by pressure jets of disarming oil and finally two springy blades made of wear-resistant hardened steel remove the oil in excess and refine the cleaning.
The shuttering panels, workable although not perfectly regular or deformed by use, are now well cleaned and ready to be used again.
